In a constant theme, the long-distance runner demonstrates endurance and practices long-term stability to achieve a philosophy of continual development. This forward-thinking mindset has guided both his personal and professional life as he works towards completing his seventh marathon and steadily increasing the company’s growth over time.
Rajesh is responsible for creating a unique and progressive chapter of thought leadership within the industry by producing a coveted 50-50 mix of products and services which co-exist under one umbrella. The company’s purpose is to leverage innovative technology to continuously enrich lives across all sectors. This is made possible by aligning Fulcrum’s business strategy and revolutionary FulcrumOne platform with societal needs to realize meaningful outcomes faster to the market effectively achieving business continuity.
Fulcrum’s programs have aided various organizations in improving their food management processes. Our technology has ensured that children with illnesses are able to have their specific nutritional and dietary needs met according to their physician-recommended health plans. Our platforms have been capitalized by insurance and banking companies to provide user-friendly applications, improvements in claims systems, and more available payment methods, making coverage and assets more accessible and far-reaching for every consumer.
Rajesh’s passion for the community has led him to sit on the board of a diverse group of charities. This experience has allowed him to formulate the Fulcrum Foundation, a charitable organization sponsored by Fulcrum Digital to leverage our technologies to create value in the lives of the less privileged via education. Rajesh’s dedication for societal upliftment balanced with his inventive thought leadership has been the driving force behind the company’s realization in unceasing expansion.
Ian Worden has distinguished himself as an experienced thought leader in the design and technical development of products and services within the healthcare industry. For the past 15 years, Ian has led product innovation and the software development lifecycle for site-based, home-based, telephonic, direct mail, mobile and web solutions aimed at improving consumer engagement.
Ian is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Product Architect for Matrix Medical Network where he is responsible for information technology strategy, services and operations while developing new product solutions, identifying growth opportunities, refining existing product portfolios and executing new product initiatives to meet the company’s growth goals and strategies. In his earlier stint, Ian was also the Vice President Product Development for Apria Healthcare, one of the nation’s leading providers of home respiratory services and medical equipment.
Dhana Kumarasamy is the CEO of Fulcrum Digital and serves on its Board of Directors. Under his leadership, Fulcrum Digital has transformed from an IT services firm to a leading next-gen business platform and digital engineering services company.
Dhana has extensive experience in the IT industry with a critical focus on cutting-edge technology, digital transformation, platform development, and customer excellence. With over two decades in Fulcrum Digital, he has donned many hats in leadership roles from Solution Architect, Client Delivery, Head of Global Delivery, EVP Technology to COO of the company.
As a true believer in technology-led growth, Dhana has hyper-scaled the company to a key player in industry verticals such as Fintech, Insurance, Food Services, Higher Ed, Consumer Products and Services, and Digital E-commerce. He has led the expansion of Fulcrum Digital from a US-based company to a global organization with operations in India, the US, the UK, Europe, and LATAM, with over 1200 associates serving more than 100 customers.
Dhana’s passion for technology, digital transformation, and growth mindset led him to be one of the finalists for the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year® 2021.
Before joining Fulcrum Digital, Dhana worked with and serviced several established companies in key markets such as the US, the UK, Europe, Nordics, India, and New Zealand. He is an engineering graduate from CAE, TNAU.
As CEO of Redstage, Adam drives sales, strategy and growth throughout the company’s global presence. Adam oversees the company’s vision and strategic path while managing several teams in tandem. With 15 years of experience in ecommerce strategy and technology, Adam has proven himself as an industry pioneer & thought leader. He regularly speaks at events and universities on a variety of topics surrounding the digital commerce landscape, with a focus on marketing, strategy and entrepreneurship.
Adam’s roots as a serial ecommerce and digital marketing entrepreneur led him led him to become a founder or board member of 4 companies in the digital marketing and ecommerce space, including digital music, life sciences, online retail and the restaurant industry. He co-founded the ecommerce agency Redstage in 2008 with the intention of creating a world-class platform that provides ecommerce strategy for a variety of clients. Later, in early 2016, Adam ushered in the acquisition of Redstage by global technology services company Fulcrum Worldwide.
Today Redstage is a B2B & B2C ecommerce agency that unites masters in ecommerce strategy, design, experience, and technology, who collaborate across 5 continents to build businesses. Redstage carries an industry-leading competency in Magento development. Having nearly 10 years of ecommerce expertise and more than 700 Magento sites under their belt, Redstage is one of the most experienced agencies in the industry.
Adam recently appeared on stage at Magento Inspire 2017, detailing “Six Strategies to Beat Amazon” during his presentation “Thriving in an Amazon World.”
Marc is the CEO of Crum & Forster, a leading national property and casualty company. Founded in 1822, C&F is one of our country’s oldest insurance companies. C&F is proud of its superior customer service platform and its claims and risk engineering services are recognized as among the best in the industry. The company is also winning increasing recognition as a great place to work by several esteemed organizations.
CP Jois is the Global Chief Technology Officer for Fulcrum Digital. He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, an enrollment services and fundraising solutions firm. Prior to this, Jois has been in multiple roles as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Architect, and Product Lead for companies like ACT, Career Education Corporation, Unisys, Capgemini, United Airlines & Wipro.
He has dedicated the better part of his career to Aviation or Education. At Fulcrum, CP heads up the Enterprise Architecture, the Innovation Labs and Product/Platform Engineering. He is spearheading Fulcrum’s foray into Cloud-based Accelerators, Kubernetes container technology, and Microservices-based aggregation models for software engineering. With the Labs, CP is deeply vested into research on Cloud-elastic design, Machine learning agents and AI for business solutions.
Over the span of his career, Jois has driven the development of transformative Flight and Airport Operations technologies; and pioneered Career Education’s adaptive learning technology. The focus on transformation is a central theme of his career and he writes regularly on the transformational power of technology (technologystrategies.net). Time permitting, Jois teaches Information Technology topics at Chicago’s DePaul University as adjunct faculty. On another front, Jois carries a keen interest in flight simulation technology and over the past two decades, extensively researched, intensely prototyped around the potential for high-fidelity PCbased simulator appliances to cut the cost of flight training. His other hobbies include aviation photography, playing the guitar, and building & flying model aircraft.
Mukundhan has over two decades of experience in corporate finance. He is responsible for the finance, treasury, compliance, legal, administration and facilities, procurement and travel, and immigration functions at Fulcrum.
As the Group CFO, he has helped Fulcrum establish strong financial discipline, corporate governance & ethical business practices. His current responsibilities reflect his sharp business acumen and capable leadership.
He has project management, people management and excellent interpersonal capabilities to drive business. He has spent over 10 years working for IT consulting companies and extensively traveled abroad to manage Finance, Corporate and Legal assignments.
Prior to Fulcrum, Mukundhan has worked in companies like Prescient, Trigyn, Akshay Software, Bright Brothers, Mysore Petrochemicals and ING Vysya Bank. He holds a degree in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Mukundhan lives in Mumbai with his wife and two daughters.
Bhimesh Karadi holds an M. Tech degree from VTU, Belgaum (Karnataka). He started his career as a Mechanical engineer and transformed himself as a Chief Mentor and guide to many employees of Fulcrum..
Currently, he is the Chief Quality Officer (CQO). His job entails bringing compliance and governance across global delivery centers. Under his leadership, Fulcrum’s customers receive high quality products and services.
Bhimesh lives in Bangalore with his wife and two sons. His elder son is a 2014 European Skating Champion. In 2013, he broke the national record in Mumbai and his title remains unchallenged. Bhimesh’ younger son got second position in European Skating Championship, which was held in France in 2014.
