Redstage is looking for highly driven and technically minded Account Managers to join the team! You’ll be our clients’ advocate within Redstage, working closely with the Project Management team, as well as be responsible for revenue growth with your book of clients. Redstage prides itself in its high client retention rate, and this position will play a key role in making sure that Redstage continues to stay ahead of its competition.

Your Role

  • It is the responsibility of Account Management to foster strong partnerships with all of our clients
    • As a member of this team, you will be managing 20-30 clients within the first few months, all of which will have a regularly scheduled call to touch base and check in
    • From a reporting standpoint, you will be expected to send each client a weekly update on their available services
  • You will be directly responsible for selling new services to your clients so that we can best serve them
    • To help steer this, you will be given goals, including a quota, each quarter
  • Aside from setting up regular check-ins with all of your clients, you will be the clients’ liason to the Redstage Strategy Team, which creates our industry leading Conversion Audits and Strategy Reviews
    • You will work directly with our clients to understand their businesses and needs, and will put together plans for the current quarter, year, and beyond
    • Over time and with training, you will be delivering these audits and reviews yourself

Your Background

  • You have 1-3 years of sales experience in a technology industry
  • You have an understanding of – and willingness to work with – Microsoft Excel
  • You take pride and ownership in all of your work
  • You have a passion for technology and e-commerce
  • You have strong communication skills (both written and oral) and can present in front of groups with confidence
  • You are a proactive self-starter with creative problem solving skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of Magento, Shopify Plus, and/or any other e-commerce platform
  • Experience working for a digital agency
  • Technical background
  • Google Certified
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
